Long time no blog...I know. I lost my grandma at the onset of the New Year. If you know me personally, you know that my grandma was (and still is) a major influence in my life. If you don't know me personally, but recognize that I almost always have a smile on my face, you know the magnitude of the role my grandma played as well. My smile and my demeanor are a reflection of her. Although I'm not quite sure how I will navigate my future without her here in the physical form, I most certainly know that I will continue to strive to be more like her and to make her proud. I just know she's watching from afar and when I need to see her, I look in the mirror and smile :).
